Richard Hoover of Nasa backs up Ernest Norman's book: "The Truth About Mars" ! Probably not knowing the book exists!
Check the video at : about 9:30 into the clip: Richard Hoover a biologist from Nasa mentions there is water at the "north polar cap" of mars. And the images was provided by the Viking lander! Though I'm not a Unarian, please do a find in Ernest Norman's book "The Truth About Mars". He claims to have spoken telepathically with a leader from Mars "Nur-El" in which he claims, he stated: "Water is very scarce on this arid planet; most of the precipitation falls at the poles. Vegetation is also scarce. There are a few varieties of prickly-cacti looking plants. Also near the polar ice caps, grows a very luxuriant green alga-like plant that follows the melting snow line. This spongy growth often attains a height (or depth) of forty to fifty feet. It appears and disappears with the season as it grows tremendously rapidly, and it also disintegrates very fast." Exactly as Richard Hoover stated: "most of the precipitation falls at the polls". Isn't it amazing that a book written in the early 1950's has the same information that Richard Hoover states. Put in the find window "ice cap" in Ernest Norman's book: http://www.firedocs.com/remoteviewing/mars/mars.html
I enjoy finding out new things about mars. Especially photos that tell stories! Which so many seem related to mars loosing it's atmosphere in extreme ancient times!
